FAQ
Are baby mobiles safety tested?
In Australia, baby mobiles are considered nursery decorations and are not required to undergo toy safety testing. Our mobiles are designed for visual stimulation only and should always be hung out of your baby’s reach.
When should I remove the mobile from the crib?
Mobiles should be removed once your baby begins to push up on their hands and knees or starts pulling themselves up, as they may be able to reach it.
Can I hang the mobile without an arm?
Yes. Many parents choose to hang the mobile from a ceiling hook above the crib instead of using a mobile arm.
Can I use your mobiles with a different mobile arm?
Yes, our mobiles can be used with most standard mobile arms, so you can use another arm you already have if you prefer. Just make sure the mobile is securely attached and kept out of your baby’s reach.
How do I care for my mobile?
Mobiles should be spot cleaned only using a damp cloth if needed. Our wool mobiles are made from natural wool, which is naturally dust-repellent, so they usually require very little maintenance.
